Refunds & Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell (non-tangible, irrevocable goods & personal beauty cosmetics). There are no refunds and  All sales are final. 

As we can not accept returns and or exchanges after purchase, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description before making a purchase. However, in the event, we make a mistake that rarely happens and send you the wrong product or scent we will ship out the proper product to you upon receiving approval from our customer service department.

 

Simply provide proof of the mishap to customer service by sending an email to Info@RobynRobbins.com subject line should read "Product Mishap". Please be sure to provide an invoice/ order copy and the picture of the product received.

In the event you have invested in services (coaching or consulting)please review the terms & conditions of your service agreement for the protocol on Refund policy.

Privacy & Safety

Your privacy & safety is of the highest importance to us. We do not sell information to other parties. Your private information is safe through secured payment channels. Your payment information is not kept on file or stored in any way. All other information collected such as your name, email address, and phone number collected from scheduling coaching, consulting, and or booking services with us is automatically stored in a secured protected server on our site for communication purposes only. This information is received from you and kept with your permission to contact you through email and SMS messages. You may unsubscribe and or opt-out of these communications at any time.

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

All digital products are automatically sent to you via email to download as well as providing you the option to download right away after purchasing.

​​All coaching services are delivered as specified in your service agreement. This is a mixture of coaching sessions as well as access to our digital platform for all coaching programs.

 

For any physical products (books, personal beauty cosmetics), we currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS). All of your shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email within 1-2 business days of shipment.

 All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Business Day 1 is the first business day after placing your order. Ex. For orders placed Friday - Sunday, Business Day 1 is Monday. For Monday orders, Business Day 1 is Tuesday.

Once your order has been dispatched, RRE accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. All packages are insured. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) RRE is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent as the package is insured (USPS for US customers & Your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

Typically, orders will ship out within 4-7 business days of ordering and will be shipped via Priority Mail. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, RRE cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
